Is a deposit required?
Yes, there is a minimum deposit of 10% of the total order value (including delivery). You can if you choose pay a higher deposit. Balance is due prior to delivery. -
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by calling 0330 100 1222 or emailing enquiries@2furnish.co.uk - or email your phone number for a call back. -
Do I have to have the fabric that you show on the furniture?
No you can order with any fabric of if you don't see anything you like tell us what you are looking for and we will try and find it for you. -
How long will my order take?
Generally between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on your order and where you live. If of course you are not ready in 6 weeks we will hold delivery until you are. (Up to 12 weeks). -
Can I add to my order prior to delivery?
As long as the additional item is in stock you can add to your order. We will add the value to the balance which is due prior to delivery. -
How can I pay for my order?
We take most major debit and credit cards (we don't accept American Express). Alternatively you can make a bank transfer. -
When will my first direct debit payment be taken?
This will be an agreed date between you and Divido but will not be until after you have taken delivery -
What happens if I change my order before delivery?
You have a 14 day cooling off period – you can cancel and start again with no additional charges -
Can I return part of my order following delivery?
You can return a part order* by notifying us within 7 days from delivery. We would refund* your item. *visit our terms and conditions for full returns criteria -
What happens if I return all items following delivery?
You can return your furniture* by notifying us within 7 days from delivery. Divido have to be notified within 14 days of delivery and everything is reversed – no charges. We will separately refund your deposit. *visit our terms and conditions for full returns criteria -
What happens if I cancel my order before delivery?
You won’t be charged – with Divido you have 14 day cooling off period and your deposit will be refunded by us. -
Can I settle my balance before completion?
Yes, you can settle in full at any time and there are no charges for this.
